1. "report post" button - very useful, not only for bad posts, but for things like huge signatures (recent mini drama).

2. prefix for main forum threads - "biz" and "OT". All threads will be in the same main forum but people could filter if they want to read only biz threads, or if they want to read only off topic threads.
