Since they don't actually debate each other so much as recite memorized talking points I don't think we will see much in the way of fireworks unless Romney really goes for a big moment. He needs to do really well here in order to revive his dying campaign so it is possible he will try to make a bold statement or call the president out on something.
However, I don't expect that to happen so I would say in the end the it will be Obama with slight edge simply because he seems to be the one that is willing to give a few details of what he plans to do going forward to better the country. He hasn't given many details, but Romney has given none and I expect that to continue.
