With Moniker I had Portfolio Maxlock and Domain Maxlock on domains, plus the usual 10-year renewal in advance, always funds in my accounts with CC auto billing setup etc etc.

Yup, I keep them at Fabulous. They have a registry lock and a maxlock-type deal but it's free to use.
