I think you didn't understand what I was trying to say.
But regardless, you can't compare 1999 Argentina with a 2012 docile and dumbed down USA. Hurricane Katrina was in 2005 I believe and THEN they were confiscating weapons from Americans with zero resistance. Fast forward to now when Americans are letting the TSA molest their children at the airport and test their drinks for explosives, and you have a population that will do EXACTLY what they are told.
What you will have is chaos until the National Guard does take the streets, and it will mostly be from the inner city and poor communities who always are the first to turn to violence. It will last a few days. Maybe a week depending on why their is chaos in the first place. Then the National Guard will move in, disarm them, and put them in check one way or the other, just like they did during Katrina. They have been training for this very thing across the country in various cities. And the people will get in line when they come to town, or they will become a statistic.
The USA is not Argentina nor do Americans have the balls of Argentinians.
