95% of US blacks vote for Obama. Thats no doubt racist.
US whites are split 50/50. Thats natural split between republicans and democrats.

Numbers are +-, to illustrate the point.

So pretty much we can conclude that almost every black person is racist. Yet they still blame white people for being racist.
