The CyberSEO plugin is able to do both: (1) scrape and generate tons of unique content using various spinning technologies (Spintax, built-in synonymizer, SpinRewriter, SpinnerChief and SpinChimp) and/or (2) populate the WP-based sites with media content of any kind from any sources.

The first approach was working fine before April 24th (hail to the Panda), and the second approach works fine nowadays.
