Thanks guys! this case actually began in 2004-2005 so yea this is how long it can take to get through appeals etc...really sucks, however we have Mr. Elmaleh personally so shouldnt be a problem on the collecting end, just have to deal with Canada on this.
Tubes have really ramped up this year it seems, exploring all options when it comes to dealing with them...i'm not sure who the DMCA is protecting.
