You have a point actually. Many porn Tubes have pirated content on them, some may be Manwin's. If Moogie can find them, he can inform the owner and they can DMCA the Tube.

So you have no way to comply with the processors contract. You don't have a clue what's on your servers. If it's porn, Paypal and others will pull the plug.
To process payments and to pay affiliates, you need to make sure your service isn't breaking the processors rules and you're not breaking the contract you have with them. If you are, you can lose the processing, all it needs is people to inform your processor, they investigate the claim and decide.
This is the Achilles Heel for services like yours. Once mainstream start to duplicate stopfilelockers methods, you're toast.

Please don't reply about DMCA and 2257 or any other law. It's about the agreement you made with the processor. If you break the agreement, they can pull the account. You can carry on running your service for as long as you like and comply with laws. Without processing.
