So how did I resolve the situation?
Contrary to a few dick heads here thinking, I never had a problem "seducing" a girl. Either into bed or into being a good model.
Castings. No fucking around on phones and booking girls unseen for a days work. I had work for girls who brought IDs and said so. On the interview I was courteous, pleasant, glad to see them and set the pace. I established a nice guy who knew what he was doing and made the decisions.
I asked the girl if they had worked and interviewed those who had from there. Those who hadn't I told them I would describe all the work available and went from topless to gang bang hard core in stages judging the girls reactions to every level. This is the key. If a girl will waltz into Playboy or Barely Legal, I left it at that. If she needed to do gang bangs in every orifice I went there. With some cute broad minded ones I did venture a bit further than her minimum of what she needed to do.
Then I asked her what she would do and told her she could make money of not with that, if not I left it to her to change her minimum. When I knew what she wanted to do, I asked her more questions, in a pleasant way.
Solo girl = No problems doing some nude shots.
GG = Have you ever had sex with a girls. If not would she like to try it now with my assistant.
BG = Can you fuck when you're told to? Ask her to prove it now.
All the time testing their reactions, watching their body language, eyes and making a decision about her and how I should handle directing her in the studio. Then to the studio for test pictures and confirming she's worth working with.
TBH this was taught to me many many moons ago, when we were shooting movies on film. It was expensive to shoot a girl who was unsuitable or a waste of time or a bundle of trouble. When you've spent $150 on make up, $200 on the boy or more on a girl for her partner, clothing, film for a camera. You need to know if the girl can perform.
In todays market of digital cameras, little costs and an outlet for filler content, few need to bother. Back in the day when we made $3,000 a set

we also were spending $300 a set and had to find someone to buy it. Plus wait for our money.
Even with Astral Blue I had many mail order clients for years who bought on previous satisfaction. Spending $30 for an hour of video. today they spend $30 and get 100s of hours.
