Zobies are dead. There blood no longer functions, nor do any organs.
thus they cannot process food, and thus do not poop.
they feed simply due to the primeavel urge to eat. a reflex action.
most of the brain is dead, but just enough to operate the body.
of course the films are not real. in real life after about a week the body would be decomposing and so nerves would rot and a zobie would not be abel to walk, more likly klay on the ground tritching.of couse not all zobies are fully dead. some could be simply obtained a virus invading the body and making the host go nuts. this wasw the case with the zobies in the will smith film.
