I didn't really understood What are you lookin for? Are you looking for affliates or for members who will pay? To get some affiliates sending traffic to your site you need to create some promo matetials FHG, blog RSS, banners etc and then spam your partner program on some boards. Also you can be listed in some review sites (e.g. http://www.signbucks.com/) But first of all it will be a good idea to buy some traffic from ad spots just to get your site tested and determine ratio.
