Unfortunately, if they are using the same confirmation servers as they use for their other programs - FEB & FTC, then this could be the problem. The stats from these programs are all over the board due to Mysql issues and any other series of server problems. To bad, for such a large program you would think they would fork out the bucks and get their servers configured properly instead of costing themselves and their webmasters a significant portion of possible earnings.
