They supposedly pre-sort their own mail, and hand deliver it to the post office. At least that was their excuse last year, when something similar occurred. That's why it was regional (last time), but this time it just looks like they decided to mail out the checks late in general.
Where is CCBill's response on this board? Have they weighed in on this?
