The claimed benefits of the TLD when in reality NOBODY benefited one bit except ICM itself. I'm sure all the non-adult companies and organizations who paid out the ass for defensive registrations are just loving the benefits.
The cost, with zero benefit, to adult industry companies to defensively register their trademarks and domains just so someone else wouldn't.

I have to agree I think them selling off the top TLD's for large sums is complete bs. They should have been offered to the trademark owners first.
There were some shady things, I'll give you that, But they have been approved, they're not going anywhere, and the consumer has no idea about how the adult industry feels about it. not every product you have or use, is owned by people you like.
I'm not here to defend .XXX I just am curious what it is that people have such a big problem with.
