People send you a long list of shitty sites they have, all hosted on the same IP, all with duplicate RSS content, TGPs with 500 outgoing links and so on. Sure, there may be the occasional golden nugget among them, but they're few and far between. By making a post like this, clarifying that he's not looking for links on networks, he simply tries to bypass all the crap and save himself some time. Next time I'm buying links, I'll be doing the exact same thing.
