But again...that is OUR embassy and consulate buildings. They are technically and legally and in every way AMERICAN SOIL. Property of the U.S.A.
We do not ask or tell other countries what we do in our embassy. They don't ask or tell us either.
By the way...AFTER the attack, Obama did send in marines yesterday (a month too late) to reinforce.

There were even big scandals about spying back and forth on embassies. Remember?
The Russians supposedly had spy equipment built into the building of our embassy in Moscow back in the Cold War days? We ripped it all out.

It was a fuck up on the part of the State Dept.
The Obama administration then tried to cover it up so they wouldn't have to point the finger at the head of the State Dept. (Hillary Clinton) because it would hurt them this close to the election.
I heard one of Obama's surrogates on the news saying that "Yes, heads will roll" over this, but it's going to take a few months to "investigate"
In other words...AFTER the election.
