I'm not being "silly" in these discussions. I'm being sincere. I'm also drawing on my own life experience to inform my opinion as well as what I see on all the news channels (I DO watch Ed Shult's show....completely disagree with him, but I watch it to understand how someone as angry and bitter as he is comes to his conclusions)
From where I sit...you seem to be a guy who is walking around with blinders on thinking he is "enlightened" by your totally left wing thoughts.
For me you are only seeing half the picture. Fiscally you are lost in my opnion. I'm staunchly conservative in that respect.
Socially...I'm pretty sure that I'm far more liberal than you. I meet very few people in this world who are more socially liberal than I am.
But I don't blindly follow one "side" of the other. And I hate...HATE the lies and negative bullshit that Obama's campaign are putting out there.
He is doing the exact thing that he said himself should NOT be done.
In 2008 Obama said he would NOT ever do negative campaigning.
His EXACT quote:
"If you don't have any fresh ideas, then you use stale tactics to scare the voters," he proclaimed, "If you don't have a record to run on, then you paint your opponent as someone people should run from"
That is exactly what his campaign is doing to Romney.
And it infuriates me that I voted for Obama believing him. He's a liar and a failure. I can admit that now. You can't.
Vote for Gary Johnson. Obama is a failure. Romney will get the economy turned around but his stand on social issues is horrible. Johnson's positions are fiscally conservative and socially liberal. It's called Freedom.
