The 4th amendment is being broken everyday when a cop searchs your car after pulling you over. When you are required to take a blood test for drugs. And especially when the TSA searches you and your luggage.

You can't even take your private or valuable things in your luggage on a trip anymore because the TSA will steal your shit.
