If you lived on this planet you would know that practically EVERYONE and their grandma blames Bush, yet you post a picture of Bush saying "thanks for blaming the black guy."
Bush is not directly responsible for our economic problems and Obama isn't either. Presidents aren't really much else but frontman puppet fallguys for simple-minded people who don't understand economics and central banking to point the finger at.
