What research have you done to base your opinion on?
Our product is good, but so are the competing products. Each of us do things in our own way, and offer various products and services that are unique, or are better or worse, or are more or less than the other services. We never trash our competitors, but we read their websites to see what kinds of services and features they offer to make sure we always remain as competitive as possible. Saying everyone "sucks ass" and "the only way to go is custom" is unfair to us and everyone else, an irresponsible post, and just bad advice.
