I'm not sure how Paypal found out, probably some ass from a trade board reporting me since I report them to their file hosting accounts and get them canceled.
I've tried contacting okpay but all I've received back was a notice to "check okpay.com" and another to "write in a support ticket". Never an answer to my question about can they do small transactions like paypal. So no help from them.
