One could kill someone just as easily with a car and we all know there are hundreds of thousands of irresponsible car owners. Yet people don't get all up in arms about taking away others cars because they are not responsible drivers.
People that collect guns and ammo for the a zombie apocalypse or because they think the world will end like 80% of the gun freaks on the internet are probably not responsible gun owners. These are the types that give "responsible" gun owners a bad name. I'd wager a guess and say at the very least 50% of gun owners are not responsible gun owners.
That is what the issue should be, not the guns but who is handling them.

In the meantime those 50% are owning and using guns. Again the ifs and whens. Stop saying that and look at the current situation and how fucked up it is.
