I understand that Obama recently purchased a home in Kailua, a place where he frequently visits when he travels on vacation to his native Hawaii (pending Trump's self-proclaimed bombshell tomorrow).

I heard that he laid out $40 mil for this estate:

I lived nearly five years in Kailua when I was a teen. I don't blame Barry for wanting to kick it there when his days as Commander in Chief are over. It truly is a paradise.
