Yes. I've seen steadily increasing mobile traffic for years, despite the ergonomic instability of trying to spank your monkey with a phone in the other hand. I spoke on this usability issue at length a number of years ago at the Mobile Adult Content Congress when WAP was all the rage, but today, a well designed mobile site viewed on an iPad 3 is a great way to view adult on-the-go.
