should kids be charged with sexting?
Lots of kids (under 18) are texting each other pics of themselves x-rated (via the mobile phone).
Should they be charged with cp?
I remeber the case a few years ago an under aged girl (I think she was 16 from the usa) was charged with cp after doing a webcam (not sure what the outcome was).
I was told that there are clips on such as xhamster of people under 18 (full sex not just nude).
