I hope that acpay doesn't go the way of another processor I used to be with - their bank clamped down on them and they had to hurriedly drop Visa 'temporarily' ... after a month of stuffing around they informed us that they could no longer process Visa for non USA/EU companies. The only option for myself was to create an offshore company, so I ended up cancelling all of the Visa rebills and lost the money. Some of my customers got nearly 2 months worth of uncharged access.
(then to top that, I discovered that checks were broken and hadn't been rebilled for 2 months. At least they paid me compensation for that.)
Anyway, I wouldn't be at all surprised if similar problems occur in the future with third party processors that are not technically not Visa compliant... which isn't so great for someone like myself who lives outside of the USA and EU.
