That's because she was only in the business for 3 years.
I don't think she was even around long enough to ever be a "legend" or anything like that.
I've been in the business since the mid 1990's and I had never heard of her before until Entourage either. Though I'm sure I probably put up galleries from Kink and others on my tgp's with her in them.
