All of a sudden I see a lot of bleating from people not because Manwin are playing exactly by the law. As far as we know. But because they're making less money.
The law is quite clear on this, if it's user uploaded all tubes are in the clear until they receive a DMCA notice. If they remove the content they are within the law, if they don't the lawyers are waiting.
OK they bought an award, big deal. Awards have been sold for longer than any of us have been alive. FSC have made their choice and others can make theirs and not give to FSC. Not that many here do.
Ultimately the bitching comes down they give more free porn away than anyone else and get all the traffic. They're reducing the pot for everyone and increasing it for them.
