Ccbill - do i really have to leave you guys because of the shitty software
I've been with you forever. You paid me a lot of money, i paid you a lot of money. Support has always been top notch. I have no complaints besides the horrible frigging software you guys are running! I simply can't stand it anymore. I avoid logging in as much as possible. And if i do i often have to contact support because i either can't figure out how to do what i need to do or it just won't load.
I'm seriously considering moving to another processor simply because of this. I know i'm far from being your biggest client but still i hope you guys finally will wake up. Because the current situation is just ridiculous!
I really don't want to move but you guys are forcing me to.
