HAARP is definitely a serious subject. Serious scientific study of the ionosphere that is. It's not a weather control device, or a mind control device, or an earthquake generator, or any of that other nonsense. Yes I agree people should look this up and read the credible sites about it. For example, oh I don't know, how about the official website ?
