I had a look at the screen caps that were linked from that article -- the story claims a lawsuit filed in the US District Court in Brooklyn NY with a case number. If you have ever filed documents to a court case you know you receive a copy of them stamped by the Court's Clerk. So, even if the filing with the Court "mysteriously" disappears the original stamped copy may still be out there to resurface.
