Those look like normal numbers for chrome, looks like you may also be running plugins in chrome.. you can disable the plugins you dont need and just turn them on/off as needed in chrome.

What is your OS?
Laptop or PC.. some specs are needed.
Scan for spyware/malware..
-1

Go to "Start > Run" and type "cmd" (no quotes), then select "OK"

Type "ipconfig /release" (no quotes) and press "Enter"

Once the prompt returns, type "ipconfig /renew" (no quotes), then hit "Enter,"

Finally, type "exit" (without quotes) then press "Enter" to close the window

-2
in task manager:
performance>resource monitor...> Network
check processes with network Activity

-3
Have you added anything new to your network
new router etc..

-4
How old is your computer?
Have you upgraded your network drivers etc.. (try updating them if you have not)

-5
If possible test an older restore point see if that helps.

- 6
download browser Avant : http://www.avantbrowser.com/
If that loads nice and fast then its something in your browser or plugins
remove plugins, uninstal browser and reinstall after a reboot may help.

-7 worst case back your stuff up and format c:
- 8
install linux as a secondary OS for when you have issues to make sure its not just your ISP or none WINDOWS related issue.
