Ugh... no nonononoonono.... wouldn't it make more sense to say that you should read this and believe what they say, instead of believing what others THINK it might be? After all, Haarp can easily prove what they do with endless data and reports, whereas conspiracy theorists can only point at anecdotal "evidence" and vague and or sometime imagined correlations?
