Found my video on Xhamster. My logo is cropped off.

I thought I show it here before I DMCA them.
Since under the video there is an xhamster's premium member banner, and not an affiliates banner to an external site, I assume those members who upload this stolen videos are just employees of xhamster.
What do you think?
