Because NOTHING in law or government is "easily" done. Maybe it is in Greece or wherever the hell all you guys come from, but not in the USA. It's a slow process. Did you forget how long it has taken them to get this far? And it's still not passed yet.

Like I said above, it's already illegal to make porn in almost every state in the entire country, so how does adding a condom law change anything? People are going to make whatever porn they want to make. What happens to you guys in LA is your problem. Those who have been working outside the law will continue to do so, with or without a condom law. That is a fact.
