My lawyer said All you need for 2257 compliance is a way for them to contact you, and a place for them to see your records.

also it was the city that came after me, not the feds.
Edit: There is nowhere that I know of to read up on this, It was settled out of court. I didn't draw media attention in hopes of getting it dismissed and being done with it all.
