Try the Republican party's published platform, item 4, "Making the Internet Family Friendly."

Echoing the same language used in the platform, Morality in Media's Patrick Trueman (once a prosecutor at the DOJ, btw) claims that Alex Wong, the Romney campaign's legal policy director, has personally assured him that Mitt would, if elected, "vigorously" prosecute pornographers.

It's always possible that Romney is making this promise merely because he feels the need to pander, at least rhetorically, to the Christian Right, and that he has no real intention of prosecuting a lot of obscenity cases should he get elected. It's also possible that he'll prove true to his word, given the opportunity.
