@cashcows, I guess you could, at least until it's reported to ebay and the seller account gets suspended :/

either way, paying for anything with paypal comes with a huge risk...it's ridiculously easy for dudes to cb, and paypal does tend to have a 'freeze account first, ask questions later' sorta policy. Having a business account doesn't change that. I've never been burned by paypal because I don't use it, but in my cam niche I know of a ton of chicas who have had their accounts frozen after a series of cb's. Paypal also includes within it's TOS the right to levy fines of $750 against those that they deem have abused their service. I'm not sure how legal that it, but it's written into the paypal contract. I would imagine using a paypal business account would only make it more likely that one would get fined if caught.

Honestly, as the years go by the 'paypal/adult/cb' thing is only getting worse. As more guys learn that paypal is anti-adult, the legit ones opt for other porn payment options, leaving behind the dudes who want to use paypal because they know how easy it is to fuck over the seller.

If a buyer wants to do a cb, knowing that the seller has bent the rules (in selling adult digital goods as an option instead of a hard copy video) will only make him that much more confident about getting his $$$ refunded.

No matter how you look at it, I don't think using ebay to sell adult digital goods is a sustainable or stable payment option.
