Im a bit confused. If you'd like receipts for insurance purposes Id be more than happy to send you a Purchase Order. I am buying the TV for my offices here in chicago. A cashiers check would act as a payment receipt, or as I said before I can pay you cash.

Actually, you do not need a PayPal account. I can simply send an invoice to a specified e-mail address, via PayPal, and you can pay via Credit Card/Debit Card, etc., through there website. However, should you need to pay via Money Order or Cashier?s Check, I must insist in having it prior to pick-up.
Allow me to explain. I am establishing an online business and although E-Bay is not directly involved, I feel most secure using the methods E-Bay has instituted. Also, I need all documentation regarding every transaction, including all ELECTRONIC payment receipts, for insurance purposes.

The only thing I can offer is a promise to have on hand at time of pick-up, a cashier?s check for the full amount, should you be at all dissatisfied and request a refund. The reason I first contacted you was that you are in chicago and I would be able to verify the merchandise and settle the transaction at the same time.
