Does anyone have contact info for the guys at Intellichat? I have sent them several emails, ICQ messages, and skype messages but no response for over a week.

I have talked to Billy, who I know doesn't work there anymore, but even he can't seem to get them for me.

Any help is appreciated or any other recommendation for another solution who actually has customer support.
