some chicas do those kinda shows privately (off site) which is probably where most of the pirated shows come from. It's not something I'm comfortable with myself, but I have customers ask for piss/bloodplay on a regular basis. It seems fairly common in my niche. To each their own, I guess. Among the few of guys who ask me for scat, they seem to just be looking for a reaction, or to gauge how 'desperate' I might be for $$$$. I just block em and move on. I don't think I've ever come across a dude who legitimately wanted scat play, though maybe that's just because my mind refuses to believe that anyone could find that sexy.
There is one cam site that ignores the vast amount of piss/scat/bloodplay content offered by chicas who work that site. I'm not sure why the site or the chicas who work it aren't concerned about having cc processing shut down, but I imagine it's because the videos aren't stored within the site itself.
there clearly is a market for all three, though
