That is absolutely hilarious! Boone county is right across from Cincinnati, I used to live in that area, But was kinda forced out... anyway I have never seen anything close to that in the area. Florence, Newport, Covington Ky. etc. are smaller cities but not backwoods. I'm not saying it doesn't exist, I just haven't seen it.
