My brother has been trying to contact them for exactly one month now. The time before that, it took two months. Yes, months. He paid for the extra support too. Unacceptable.
Ray used to be totally on top of it with some of the best support in the business. Not sure what happened to him. Hope he pulls it back together soon or the next round of sites we're about to open are not going to be using Strongbox.
If you're reading this Ray, please get back on the horse. You have a great product and everyone still needs the great support you used to have.
