I have it asked and got reply , and support replied that
they will transfer back to wallet in "shortest possible time" whatever that means...
So money is not lost, but time frame to get it back is unknown by support, they just know it will be "shortest possible time"

8 days and still nothing, it's small sum so i don't care too much about it, but i don't like when somebody don't have time frame for getting my back into flow again, i am worried then...
