Sorry Barefootsies, I kinda lost my sense of humor the past 24 hours... This one is somehow important. It may sound pathetic - because it is about one fucking single member - actually my one, first and only member ! I'm aware that getting members is hard and for the past several months since the existence of my site I got people who prefer to pay me $20, $30 or $50 to draw their girlfriend being fucked by a whole football team, but the same people are afraid of paying $15 for a membership throug CCbill....
And here after months the first serious guy comes, pays CCbill - they give him access - just to find out that StrongBox is not allowing him to pass. Actually Strong Box is blocking even me to enter my site and to do my daily update....
This very single member has has symbolical meaning to me. Every start should be good. This is not a good start. He wants his $15 back. These are my lucky 14.95 (it's not even $15) - and I about to lose them.Not cool at all.
Almost 2 years ago you / yes you - Barefootsies and several other guys/ gave me advice to start with a website in order to sell my drawings and thus to make a living... So here am I because of you and the few others who supported me (I'm pretty sure you and others did not knew that you gave me a new direction of life). I've made hundreds of porn sites for various clients as designer, but never had my own - never been webmaster, never had experience with setting affiliate program, never run a site - Made HUGE ass amounts of banners different kinds and sizes - BUT I dont know how to make my own banners !!
But I'm still here.
I've made several projects with some of my regular clients and with money I bough StrongBox after I've saw that sites around are using it and they look protected.
Maybe I would be way too calm and patient if there was not a member who was asking for refunds. Maybe I am expecting too much - but my mind exploded after the message of FINESEC - who wrote " 24/7 support".
Once again - I've never had any problems with StrongBox until now. Their support is helpful, somehow always busy - but they, and especially Ali were kind when I was buying the product and during it's installation. Ray was not that regular and was really, really hard to find on ICQ, but when that happened he was helpful too. Again - Maybe I pulled the short straw for today and still have my hopes that some of them will appear and help me out with fixing this issue - especially because they provide FREE support during the first year after buying the product.
So guys - I will proceed bumping this thread until I get what I want, or until I buy someone else's product with 24/7 support who never breaks...
