I just felt like quoting someone who knows zero about health or dietary needs..
Aspartame has even been cleared to use in moderation for pregnant women.. so much for it being dangerous.. The research was weak 30 years ago, and it is weak today. The shit is harmless, just don't consume a lot of it, just like any other additive.
