But if you are serious, there is a glut of horses for sale at the moment. Horse market has gone to shit with the economy, and the US dollar, not to mention the racetrack closing. So there are cheap horses to be bought. Only horse market that isn't too bad are quarter horses. And at least if the world goes tits up, you have a method of transportation.. hehe
