The V.me Account Service is only available to individuals who are: (i) legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia); (ii) of the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence (and at least 18 years of age); and (iii) the primary cardholder or authorized user of one or more Eligible Cards, and in good standing with respect to their Eligible Card accounts.
