I don't want to sound too negative, just realistic. Launching a cam site makes opening a restaurant look like a conservative investment
the huge challenge you have to overcome is the no traffic-no camgirls vicious circle. Here's why. Getting a steady stream of
paying traffic to a new site is a huge job. Attracting camgirls to work a new site is another challenge. The pros who excel at what we do are tired of new sites that open and summarily shut down every other month. No successful camgirl is going to waste time on an unknown site with mediocre traffic when we could be banking elswhere. We've seen too much fail to get excited about yet another new camsite launch.
You could hire a bunch of camgirls who don't make $$$$ elsewhere or are new to the job, but the turnover amongst these camgirls is incredibly high. As such, within an incredibly short period of time you'll find yourself with no camgirls online, even if the paying traffic does start to arrive. There's several of these types of sites floating around out there in the ether. There's either no camgirls online or there's one poor chica dealing with a room populated solely by "open cam bb" losers with no credit card on file.
It's not an impossible goal, but don't underestimate how difficult the challenge is. Ask yourself, what will make yourself different from the last ten sites that opened and failed or are still open yet staggering along with few to no camgirls online?
And probably triple whatever overall budget you have set for the first several months.
I'm not trying to sound negative or contrary, and I think it would be awesome if your planned site did succeed. Camgirls benefit from having more viable site options. All I'm saying is that what you hope to achieve is going to be really fucking difficult to realize. Make sure you go into this with realistic expectations regarding the challenges you'll encounter.
