@senortriangulo, that model has been tried a few times in the past couple of years with sites that I know of, and they're all gone now. There are a few sites still around that offer a fixed rate to their camgirls on top of tips/private show earnings, but as the sites don't offer decent paying traffic, they're not very lucrative and don't attract serious camgirls who know how to earn.

I'm really not trying to be negative, just honest. If you have a high paying-traffic site then offering a higher percentage would be a huge draw, but you still need a solid base of paying customers. As a friend of mine said once, we camgirls are mercenaries. We follow the money. 100% of nothing is still nothing.

Like I wrote above, I really wish there were more decent alternatives to the handful of camsites that dominate camming right now, it's just a huge challenge for any new site to bridge that gap. I think working with new performers to improve their game is a great idea, just don't expect that to drastically lower your camgirl turnover rate. Alot of new chicas get into camming assuming that they'll bank from hour one, and camming often doesn't work that way. Those girls often get discouraged and quit. Making steady, great $$$$ takes alot of effort, and many people aren't prepared to invest that effort. That's not a criticism of these girls, but rather an acknowledgement that many people get into camming with unrealistic expectations of the work involved.

Attracting paying traffic is the biggest challenge though. Anyone who can figure that out, who offers a decent payout percentage and who covers chargebacks wouldn't have to worry about attracting camgirls who know how to bank. The pros would come, without a doubt.

Frequent payouts (two weeks or less, with a low payment threshold) would be another factor for a new camsite, just because too many chicas have been burned by new sites that hold the $$$ for weeks and then crash and burn, leaving everyone unpaid. We generally advise new camgirls to avoid new sites that don't offer frequent payouts for that reason. It's happened too many times and no one wants to work for free.

Having a content portion to a site is great, but again, you need paying traffic to support that model.

Another thing that would benefit your site (assuming you had decent paying traffic) is a private-chat only mode. That would encourage chicas who are good at what they do but who occasionally get burnt out on free chat, or who work more than one paid-chat only site at once. Not a deal-breaker, but definitely a feature that would increase your chances of attracting and maintaining a steady base of seasoned pefformers.

The above factors would make a new site stand out and give you the best chance to attract girls who know how to earn, but ultimately it really is all about the money. If you don't have good, steady paying traffic everything else is moot.
